Warmbrodt Selected to Advise Owner of Red Roof Inns

North Kansas City, MO and St. Paul / Woodbury, MN

KANSAS CITY, MO, November 13, 2008. Warmbrodt Hotel Investments, Inc. (“WHI”) a Kansas City, MO based hotel real estate firm, announced today it has been selected to advise in the disposition of two Red Roof Inn properties located in Kansas City, Missouri and St. Paul, Minnesota. Both properties feature 108- rooms and have excellent, highly visible Interstate locations. The Red Roof Inn East St. Paul Woodbury, Minnesota is located on Interstate 494. The property is proximate to 3M, The Hartford, Assurant Health, Woodwinds Health Campus and Valley Creek Plaza. The Red Roof Inn North Kansas City is situated on Interstate 435 and is proximate to Cerner Corporation, North Kansas City Hospital, Ford Claycomo Plant, Worlds of Fun, Oceans of Fun, Ameristar Casino and Harrahs.
